Using ReaRoute

    Hello,

    Thanks for posting this video, it was helpful. Why do you set the Reaper tracks to record output with latency compensation, instead of recording the input? I assume it has to do with the ReaRoute routing and something I am missing. Thanks!

    Because it doesn’t work, otherwise 🙂

    Getting sound from ReaRoute didn’t seem to enter the track via the normal input path, it just appeared on the track, so recording input didn’t do anything. I had to record the output, with latency compensation to handle timing issues.
